Terms and Conditions of Carriage
Sender – The party sending/ordering the consignment
Supershopuk – Courier
Receiver – Party to whom the consignment is to be delivered
Consignment – goods/package
Carriage – collection/holding/transportation and delivery of a consignment
1.When sending parcels, please ensure that the package is securely wrapped and protected.
2.We will only carry packages which comply fully with the applicable law, the terms and conditions of carriage as detailed below show all restrictions and conditions that the sender must adhere to.
3.Consignments must not contain any of the following prohibited articles including (but not limited to) animals (including birds, fish, insects, larvae, pupae etc) animal products, cash like negotiable instruments (cash, bank notes, currency, cheques, bonds, saving books, securities, vouchers) firearms and dangerous goods.
Supershopuk may at its sole discretion refuse to carry other items not listed in the paragraph above.
4.The sender is responsible for all paperwork relevant to the consignment, all packages should be correctly labelled with adequate details for sender and receiver. Contents description and documentation necessary for transportation in order to comply with applicable law requirements.
Must comply with all legal and statutory obligations and regulations regarding the Carriage of Consignments by road.
All consignments must be declared by the sender to have been packaged securely by him/her or other authorised person/s. No unauthorised interference with consignment during preparation and prior to handover..
The sender is responsible for any costs incurred to Supershopuk due to a package/packages not meeting the restrictions/conditions as detailed in paragraphs 3 & 4.
Supershopuk will not meet any losses incurred by the sender if a package fails to meet with the restrictions/conditions detailed above. If as a result carriage is suspended, the sender will not be entitled to claim a refund on carriages already paid.
Customs Clearance
If a package/consignment requires customs clearance, it is the responsibility of the sender to provide the relevant documentation.
The sender will be responsible for any costs (to include duties, taxes, penalties) incurred as a result of inadequate documentation.
